At our Conference Park, no two set of requirements we receive are the same. The larger the event, the more complex it is to run, but we can make it straightforward.
We use the eclectic and extraordinary spaces available within the University of Warwick itself. Whether you’re hosting 1,200 delegates or 12, from boardrooms to the renowned Warwick Arts Centre, we can make it possible.

Our spaces meet a variety of requirements when it comes to scale and format. They provide a unique environment with all sorts of unusual side benefits, including flexible student accommodation and access to everything the University campus offers.
Such an extraordinary environment also demands the right events support and production. Our team is onsite to make anything possible, everyday.
Our scale of accommodation is exceptional. As a large, world-leading university, we have plenty of bedroom spaces. When students aren’t on campus there are 1,200 bedrooms on offer. 800 of these rooms feature en-suite facilities.
The rooms are straightforward, cost effective and provide the possibility for all your delegates to be together in one place
