Each year* the UCS (University Counselling Service) compiles an Annual Report which includes an overview of the department, a summary of the key tasks and activities and details with analysis of the client profile and service usage. The report concludes with a summary of observations and recommendations.
As an appendix to the Annual Report is the complete Service Evaluation Report which includes full verbatim responses of all respondents who completed the on-line service evaluation questionnaire commenting on their experience of the UCS, including first contact, venue/accommodation, wait times, confidentiality, efficacy, effect, and general satisfaction levels.
