Counselling Service - Longer Term Follow-Up

The UCS would appreciate your feedback now that you have had an opportunity to reflect and act on your counselling experience; we would be interested to get some understanding of how you evaluate your counselling experience in retrospect.
Any feedback you offer will be used to evaluate and improve the University Counselling Service. Your responses may be used verbatim in Service Evaluation Reports or on the website, but will be anonymous.
