|Who is it for?||An opportunity to step back from academic study,
pause and reflect upon yourself and your resources through the medium of words.
This is a relaxed, informal, experiential workshop and is not aimed at those
with any writing background nor those studying it.
In this session you will have:
The opportunity to find out about yourself through some simple exercises using words
An experience of how you might use writing to aid self-awareness, creativity and as an emotion outlet.

More about who you are and what makes you tick
Simple writing techniques to use to help you access your inner self.
