Who is it for? Students that find themselves putting off studying and want to understand and reduce their procrastination
Content In this session you will cover:
  • What is procrastination
  • Reasons why people feel the need to procrastinate
  • Some hints and tips for challenging procrastination
What will I get out of this? By the end of the session you will have gained a better understanding of:
  • Why you behave in the way you do
  • What you need to challenge in yourself in order to change
  • Strategies to manage the habit of procrastination
  • Techniques to maintain a controlled way of working
