Goodnight - sleep well!

Who is it for?

Anyone having sleep problems, either serious sleep problems or just occasional nights with poor sleep, or if you are just interested in some advice on how you can improve your general sleep quality.

Content

In this session you will cover:

  • The sleep process
  • Some of the major reasons for poor sleep
  • Quality of sleep
  • Hints and tips to help you sleep better
  • The biggest factor affecting sleep; which is how good you are at letting go

What will I get out of this?

By the end of the session you will have gained an understanding of:

  • How much sleep we need
  • The stages of sleep
  • What to do to help you sleep better
  • Breaking vicious cycles, where insomnia feeds stress which in turn blocks sleep
