The Alumni Engagement team is the first point of contact for Warwick’s 185,000+ graduates around the world. We engage, inform and involve them in the life of the University and show that their relationship with Warwick didn’t end at graduation.
Alumni are our largest stakeholder community, and we encourage everyone in the University to consider how they can be involved in our activities.
Key responsibilities of the Alumni Engagement team
- Acting as a first point of contact for Warwick graduates
- Connecting alumni and facilitate networking and career development opportunities through events, communications and face-to-face meetings
- Providing insight into Warwick’s large stakeholder community for planning and strategy
Tasks the team can help with/advise on
We can help on anything related to Warwick’s alumni community. With over 180,000 graduates in nearly 200 countries it’s a diverse community but no one knows it better than us. We can advise on the following:
- Alumni communications
Please speak to us before contacting alumni
- Reunions and alumni events
Want to know what your students do after graduation? We can help.
- Alumni email surveys
- Data requests
Please come to us for alumni data rather than re-using old data.
If you have an idea or would like to contact some or all of the alumni community, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
