Account Management - For annual and ad-hoc media plans you will be allocated a Project Director who will ensure delivery of all of your marketing projects, to timed, measurable project milestones. We see this role as integral to the success of our relationship with you and pride ourselves on the calibre of the individuals that we select to work on your account.

Creative and Copywriting - As part of our contract with you we will provide access to our studio, copywriting and production facilities. We will produce all copy for your PPC campaign, ensuring that we comply with brand guidelines. All of our creative services within housestyle guidelines, for any campaigns that we buy on your behalf, are included free of charge as part of our overall management fee.

Tagging, Tracking, Measuring and Reporting - As part of our service to you, Adgen will tag, track and monitor your entire campaign using Adgen R.E.V.S. (Real-time Evaluation Visualisation System) our bespoke reporting tool, which collects data from digital media and can be layered with your own data. As a project management resource, it allows us to see how our advertisements are performing across each channel, and removes the reliance on post campaign statistics to determine success and make adjustments. This helps us to keep on top of all media placements, provide continuous feedback and optimise your campaign activity. By using this system we are able to turn down activity that is not producing the best results and turn up the activity that is. This means over a period of time the University will receive far more value for money because budgets will be spent on activities that actually deliver tangible results.
