If you need design or creative work producing, you can approach any of the suppliers on our design and creative services framework. They’re all familiar with our visual identity guidelines and can help provide you with creative solutions to your communications challenges. For each supplier we a service level agreement.
The framework is split into two lots:
• Lot one suppliers are there to generate high-level creative concepts, develop campaigns and provide assets to pass on to designers for development and artworking.
• Lot two suppliers can provide you with design solutions and concepts in response to your requirements, for example brochures and leaflets. They can also supply designs for digital elements including assets for online campaigns.
You can award work directly to any supplier on either lot or you can obtain quotes from all or multiple suppliers. For larger campaigns or ongoing work expected to cost more than £10k, we recommend that you obtain quotes from several suppliers.
For more information, including guidance on which lot is right for your requirements, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have any contract queries please contact Bonnie Wang at email@example.com
Alongside this framework, the design team at Warwick Print can also help you with your design requirements - warwick.ac.uk/services/warwickprint/design/
