The CRM team supports student recruitment for undergraduate students. It implements and delivers a communications plan for prospective students created in collaboration with colleagues across SARO, the International Office, Marketing and academic departments.

 

Key responsibilities of the CRM team

  • Supporting undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment
  • Implementing and delivering a communications plan for prospective students
  • Maintaining the underlying data within the CRM system, ensuring its accuracy and segmentation
  • Managing the relationship between the University and our CRM supplier and overseeing the development of the software

 

Tasks the team can help with/advise on

  • Developing a communications strategy for academic departments
  • Creating emails for prospective students
  • Setting up and running on-campus events using the CRM system
