Who is it for? | Food handlers that are involved in all aspects of handling, preparation, cooking and/or service of food. Candidates would normally attend this session three years after gaining the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering certificate. |
What will the participant get out of this? | Food handlers will be brought up to date with changes in legislation and “best-practice” thus ensuring competency and compliance in food safety & food hygiene procedures and requirements of associated legislation. |
