Audio Visual Strategy

The AV service strategy is:

  • To deliver an efficient, effective service supporting the use of technology in teaching rooms
  • To support effective communication and collaboration through the use of video conferencing
  • To offer 'satellite' services around these core services such as off-air recording, hardware loans, etc.
  • To provide support and training in the use of these services, and to move steadily towards a self-service model wherever possible
  • To deliver continuous improvements to these services through the adoption of new processes and technologies as appropriate.
