Which CRM system has been chosen?

The University has selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online to be its CRM system. This product was chosen after a process of scoping, research and evaluation deemed it to be the best technical and organisational fit for the University. The candidate systems were assessed against a number of criteria including CRM functionality, fit against business requirements, compatibility with Warwick infrastructure and other Microsoft products used by the University (as well as other technical considerations), cost and departmental user feedback.
