How to connect to your account - OWA

If it is the very first time you are connecting to your Office 365 mailbox, then you need to follow the instructions on accessing your Office 365 account.

Once you are successfully in then you can continue to use this web version.

There are 2 main routes into Outlook web app (OWA):

  • via the Insite page - see 'quick links' at the top right and choose 'Email'.
    • If you have already logged in with Single Sign-on, you will be guided straight into your mailbox.
    • If you are not currently logged in, then you will be asked for your Single Sign-on username and password, before your mailbox opens.
  • via http://webmail.warwick.ac.uk
    • If you have already logged in with Single Sign-on, you will be guided straight into your mailbox.
    • If you are not currently logged in, then you will be asked for your Single Sign-on username and password, before your mailbox opens.

Don't forget to 'Sign Out' at the end of your session (top right of screen).
