Software Licence Management Service Levels

The vast majority of ITS-licensed applications can be downloaded via The ITS Software Download Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to planned maintenance or service failures.

Many software licensing queries can be resolved by consulting the Software & Applications FAQs pages, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to planned maintenance or service failures.

The Software Asset Manager is available Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 to fulfil the activities of the service (including, but not limited to, assistance with requests to procure software not centrally licensed/downloadable and providing software licensing guidance where customers are unable to resolve queries via the FAQs pages).
