The HR Payroll service is provided by the HR Office to enable it to deliver human resource management services (including the payment of monthly and weekly salaries) to departments and employees of the University.
IT Services host and support the HR Payroll application (which includes NorthgateArinso PS Enterprise, Cognos Impromptu and Albany ALBACS-IP).
List of standard requests
The following list of standard requests can be made by the HR Office.
- Addition or removal the PS Enterprise client from the NAL (or IT Services Delivered Applications) for a particular member of staff
- Upgrade the tax configuration of PS Entreprise
The service is normally available 24/7 not withstanding periods of non-availability required for planned maintenance. Planned maintenance will be on the first Thursday of every month between 16:00 and 17:00 when required.
