The agreed solution is for deployment in meeting rooms, lecture theatres and other rooms where there is a single computer in situ to drive a projector/display. For "teaching rooms", i.e. workareas that are used for taught sessions, all machines in the room should have the Managed Windows 10 Student Desktop.
*Any Managed Windows 7 Teaching Desktops found in a departmental teaching room cannot be used and must be replaced or upgraded.
