Workshops and drop-ins

Our sessions are tailored for members of the University and run from the Collaboration Area in the Teaching Grid.

To view upcoming sessions and to book onto sessions, please register using Moodle.

If you've recently attended a workshop we would appreciate your feedback.

 iMovie workshop

A bookable session to help you learn how to use the software and get support to help you improve and develop your movie making skills.

 Prezi workshops

An introduction to Prezi where we can go through the basics of brain storming a theme and introducing the visual metaphor as an aid to presenting and revision, to polishing up skills and providing feedback for Prezis created earlier.

 Clinical Skills Experience workshop

Basic clinical skills sessions for non-medical students who are interested in applying to graduate-entry medicine.

Although opportunities for school-age students are increasing, clinically relevant work experience can often be difficult and time-consuming to organise at university.

The aim of the workshops is to provide an introduction to basic clinical skills for prospective applicants.
