The Mental Health & Wellbeing team are introducing a new series of wellbeing sessions and workshops.
The sessions are designed to help students to understand and address issues which are adversely impacting on their wellbeing, such as stress and anxiety.
If you are concerned about your wellbeing, we would recommend that first you come along to one of our ‘Wellbeing 101’ sessions starting in Term 3.
A one-off, workshop session to explore…
- How you are feeling
- Why we feel stressed or anxious
- How to recognise stress and anxiety
- How to manage your stress and anxiety more effectively
Just come along on Wednesday at 12:15-1:00pm in the Main Library, Floor 3, Room 371 (Library Extension).
Our Wellbeing sessions are run by the Warwick Outreach Wellbeing Advisors, Sarah Bell and Janet Winter.
