Inspired by the Tour de France, you can take part in the Wattbike challenge in the gym. Ask gym reception for the instructional cards for each stage.
Taking on the challenge:
- Visit the gym and let one of our Fitness Team know you're having a go
- Let the trainer know which category you're going for...
- Step on it!
- Your effort will be placed on the leaderboard for the duration of the challenge
- Your best effort only will be on the leaderboard
- You can only be on the leaderboard for one category
