Health and wellbeing

A healthy mind for everyone

We all know that exercise improves your physical wellbeing. But did you know it helps to improve your mental wellbeing as well?

Improving your mood. Destressing. Lowering the risk of depression. There are many benefits that physical activity can have on your all-round wellbeing.

Looking after campus people

Life on campus is busy. You may spend a large part of your day sat in a lecture room or at a desk working.

Keeping active and moving throughout the day has many benefits. We aim to show all students and staff how adding a little movement to your day can have a big impact.

Move well

Don't just sit at your desk - deskercise instead. Or join a walking group. Or play a social sport. We have plenty of activities to keep you moving.

Eat well

Food and drink plays a key role in your health and wellbeing. Take a look at some useful resources to make sure you're fuelling your body right.

Rest well

Even the most sporty need to rest, relax and recuperate. We offer physiotherapy and massage services to help you do just that.

Feel well

Looking after your mind as well as your body is key to feeling good. There are lots of resources available offering advice on both.

A focus on student and staff wellbeing

You care about your wellbeing - and so do we. Sport and activity can help lift your mood and take away built up stresses. We run initiatives throughout the year to help make your time at the Warwick a happy, productive and active one.

Free feel good classes

All University of Warwick students and staff can enjoy a range of free health and wellbeing classes (booking required).

They are a great way to get away from study or working to relax and re-energise.
