What is deskercise?

Simply put, it's exercises you can do at your desk. If you're on a busy work schedule, deskercise is a great way to keep active without leaving your office.

Why should I do it?

Research has found that prolonged sitting, like the kind you do all day at work, is leading to a “pandemic” of inactivity.
