Your route onto and around campus has been carefully planned to help prevent delays and congestion.
Once you've accepted your accommodation offer in September, you'll be provided with a link to the Arrivals Weekend booking form. This is designed to help make your arrival onto campus as smooth as possible. It is important that you fill this out at the earliest opportunity as it directly relates to the arrival instructions you will be given.
On the 25 September, you will then receive detailed arrival instructions based on the information you've provided. Please look out for this email and follow the instructions given.
If you arrive after 5.30pm on Saturday 30 September or 4.30pm on Sunday 1 October, please go to Student Reception, Senate House to collect your key and Warwick ID Card.
