Students arriving at London Heathrow Airport (LHR)

We will offer a direct transfer service from London Heathrow to the University of Warwick central campus during certain hours from Saturday 23rd to Tuesday 26th September. You will be met in Terminal 3 by our team (wearing bright red hoodies so you can't miss them!), and the journey to campus will take around 2.5 hours. Please note that advanced booking for these transfers has now closed.

Our team will be present in Terminal 3 arrivals at the following times:

Important Information

Bookings for airport transfers are now closed.

When making your booking, you will have been asked to select a "requested departure time" - this is the time you will definitely be available to depart, after having passed through customs and made your way to the meeting point.

You must remember to allow sufficient time after landing to go through lengthy immigration and customs checks, as well as to find the meeting point.

If you are delayed beyond the time you have specified for any reason, we will try to accommodate you on a later service if possible, although we cannot guarantee this. We recommended leaving a minimum of 2hrs at Birmingham, and a minimum of 2hrs30mins at Heathrow, between your landing time and "requested departure time".

Please note: if you have booked an airport transfer, you should have already received your e-ticket. Please ensure you check all email accounts and junk folders for this. Your e-ticket will include your exact departure time* and meeting point, and will need to be shown to the team when you meet them at the airport.

*We endeavour to allocate you to a service departing within 2 hours of your selected "requested departure time".

Luggage Allowance

You are allowed to take:
- one suitcase per person (maximum 20kg) and
- one small item of hand luggage per person (standard airline carry-on bag size and weight)
- one small handheld item/handbag/laptop bag per person
on board our services for free.

We strongly recommend that you do not travel with any more than the above luggage allowance. Traveling with additional luggage will make it very difficult for you to move around easily upon arrival in the UK, as you will be responsible for carrying your own luggage. The University of Warwick is well-served by a range of large shops and supermarkets within easy reach, and you will be able to purchase most items you require after arriving.

If you need to take additional pieces of luggage with you on our services, you must make sure you can handle all of your luggage on your own, and the following charges are payable in advance:

From London Heathrow (LHR):
1st Additional Suitcase (max 20kg): £18
2nd Additional Suitcase (max 20kg): £25
From Birmingham International (BHX):
1st Additional Suitcase: £7
2nd Additional Suitcase: (max 20kg): £10

Important: We will be unable to transport excess baggage which has not been booked and paid for in advance. If you arrive at the airport with more suitcases than you have booked, you will need to use the public postage facilities available at the airport at your own cost, and do so before your allocated departure time.

Late Arrivals

If you are delayed beyond the time you have specified for any reason, we will try to accommodate you on a later service if possible, although we cannot guarantee this. If you think you may be delayed, we advise that you research options for independent travel to campus at the earliest opportunity.

No Refunds

Pursuant to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where applicable, you have no right to cancel this contract for transportation.
