Undergraduate Fees Classification

If you wish to have your fees classification reviewed, please fill in the

fee assessment questionnaire

and return this the Undergraduate Admissions Team at ugadmissions@warwick.ac.uk with supporting documents by email as soon as possible.

It is essential that you provide us with any evidence that may change your fees classification BEFORE you accept your offer, as we cannot guarantee to review your fees classification for your first year of study once you have accepted the offer through UCAS. Please be aware that fees classifications cannot normally be amended for your first year of study after you have enrolled.

Please note that the University of Warwick is not able to assess the fee status of individuals that have not yet applied to the University or to advise on likely outcomes of fee status assessment. However, once an application has been submitted, we would then be able to provide further guidance on your individual circumstances following appropriate submission of relevant information. The basis on which Universities make decisions on fees classification is The Education (Fees and Awards) (England) Regulations 2007. We also follow the guidance contained in the UKCISA manual which is authorised to provide immigration advice and services by the Immigration Services Commissioner.

For information on the eligability for Home Fees status, criteria required, and further information on fees, funding and student support please visit the UKCISA website at www.ukcisa.org.uk

The University of Warwick does not make discretionary awards for Home Fee status to those who are not legally entitled to them. If you have any questions regarding your particular classification, please contact the Undergraduate Admissions Team (quoting your student number or UCAS personal id) by emailing ugadmissions@warwick.ac.uk or by post to:
