- When is your next Open Day?
Our next Open Day is on Saturday 21 October 2017 and booking is now open.
- Do I have to book to attend one of the open days?
Yes. All of our open days require booking in advance due to their popularity. Our open days attract over 12,000 bookings and so all academic sessions require you to pre-book.
- I can no longer attend the open day. What are my options regarding visting Warwick?
Please let us know by emailing opendays at warwick dot ac dot uk or by calling us on +44 (0)24 7652 3648. We run different events throughout the year, to find out more click here.
- I would like to amend my booking - how do I do this?
Please check the booking confirmation email for further information on how to amend, cancel or view your booking. If you experience any problems, let us know by emailing opendays at warwick dot ac dot uk or by calling us on +44 (0)24 7652 3648.
- The session(s) I want to attend are fully booked. What shall I do?
If there is a session you would like to attend but do not have a booking for, you may also wait in the unbooked queue to be seated. We always try to prioritise prospective students whenever allocating spare seats.
Many departments also hold drop-in sessions on the day, including tours, demonstrations and Q&A sessions. You don't need to book in advance for any of these sessions, but some may require you to sign up for a time slot on the day itself.
There's also the opportunity to attend on another date instead. We will be holding Open Days on Saturday 23 September and Saturday 21 October, and you can register your interest now before bookings open.
- I am a teacher and would like to bring my students to your open day. Where do I make a group booking?
Please ask all of your students to register individually for the open day so that they can pre-book sessions. Additionally, please email opendays at warwick dot ac dot uk with details of your school so that we can give you information about coach parking. You may also call us on +44 (0)24 7652 3648.
- How do I get to the University?
We operate a Park and Ride service for visitors arriving by car, and a shuttle bus transfer service from Coventry and Warwick Parkway rail stations. The first Park and Ride coach will be ready at Stoneleigh Park at 8am. There are also several local buses that service the campus, and a national coach service stop nearby.
