It is Mental Health Awareness Week May 13th -17th May 2024 and it’s also De-Stresstival – there are lots of opportunities across campus this week to focus on your mental health and wellbeing. Why not join some of the De-stresstival or MHAW activities and look out for tips to help manage your mental health on social media this week.
