WBS CareersPlus
Many mentoring conversation will focus on career progression in one way or another. We do not expect you to know all the answers, and recommend familiarising yourself with the careers resources available to help signpost your mentee in the right direction.

WBS offers various self assessment tools which can help in a range of different ways - including helping identify personal strengths and potential career paths. We recommend that your mentee share their results with you as an opening to discussion.
