I've made a nomination. What happens now?

Following the closing date, the moderating panel will meet to shortlist the nominations, and then then judging panel will meet to choose our final winners. We'll then be in touch with all shortlisted staff, and will announce the lucky winners on insite following the Gala Dinner on 16 January 2015.
